Billy had a successful collegiate football career at the University of Kentucky and was named Team Captain for the 1996 season and Most Valuable Offensive Player the same year. Billly left Kenutcky after a coaching change and completed his degree in Finance at the University of Rhode Island. Billy and his wife have two young sons and enjoy spending time outdoors at the beach.
